Natur- und Solarfreibad "Zum Schleifweiher"
Unwind under the chestnut trees, swim in the 10,000 m² bathing lake, let yourself float on an air mattress or ride in a dinghy. Facilities also include shower and changing rooms. You and your family can enjoy all this in our outdoor pool.
The outdoor pool in Feuchtwangen is open in summer and closes at the end of the season. Expected reopening on May, 22nd 2023.
Opening Hours from 22nd May - 4th June:
daily from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The swimming area is ideal for swimming enthusiasts, long-distance swimmers and starting block hoppers. The swimming pool has 8 lanes and is 50 m long. The water depth is between 1.80 and 2.20 m.
The non-swimmer pool is 36 m long and between 0.60 and 1.20 m deep. Ideal for introducing children to swimming, playing in the water or plunging into the wonderful water from the large wave slide.
For the youngest swimmers there are two paddling pools, which are shielded from the sun.
The pools are heated with solar energy.
There is enough space on the 20,000 m² sunbathing lawn even on the hottest days. The lido also has a beach volleyball court, table tennis tables and an outdoor chessboard.
In the natural pool (not yet open), you can not only swim, but also ride in a dinghy or on an air mattress.
